Deposits and cancellation policy
- Deposit to secure accommodation amounting to 50% of the accommodation fee shall be payable on confirmation of the booking. The balance of the payment to be made 25 days prior to arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit deposit.
- Bookings cancelled less than 25 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of accommodation fee unless accommodation is able to re-let.
- All cancelled bookings for December will forfeit 100% of the deposit and accommodation fee unless accommodation is able to be re-let.
